Terms of Use

These Terms are provided by the Fayegram team and apply to Faye Codex Utility, Faye Coding Assistant, Faye Image Utility, Faye UI System Engineer, and the Faye Plugin Market website. By installing, accessing, or using them, the user agrees to these Terms. If the user does not agree, the user should not use them.

These Terms supplement, and do not replace, the terms that apply to the selected host, its provider, the user's browser or workspace, and any other service the user chooses to use.

Any software license included in a distributed plugin package controls the rights it grants for that package. These Terms do not narrow, replace, or add restrictions to those package-license rights. Separately identified Fayegram identity assets remain subject to the identity-asset policy included with the applicable package.

• Use the plugins only for lawful purposes and within the permissions granted by the user and the host environment.
• Do not use the plugins to bypass access controls, service restrictions, rate limits, safety measures, or third-party terms.
• Do not provide credentials, authentication secrets, payment-card data, government identifiers, protected health information, or other restricted data to the plugins.

The user controls the inputs, requested actions, accounts, local files, and third-party services used with the plugins. The user is responsible for reviewing actions and outputs, maintaining backups, obtaining necessary rights and permissions, and deciding whether a result is suitable for its intended use. Neither these Terms nor a package license claims or changes ownership of user inputs or outputs.

Coding recommendations, web UI audit findings, generated or edited images, artifact findings, and token estimates may be incomplete or inaccurate. Image age-rating results are informational still-image analogies only; they are not official ratings, certifications, legal advice, moderation decisions, or viewer-age verification.

The LLM Chat Operator can send user-directed content through a supported direct ChatGPT capability or supported ChatGPT/Gemini browser sessions. Those services are operated by OpenAI and Google, not Fayegram. The user is responsible for the account used, the content sent, and compliance with the applicable service terms. Fayegram does not control third-party availability, security, data practices, outputs, account actions, or changes to those services.

A direction from the user to use a third-party service does not authorize the plugin to evade that service's rules. Fayegram's disclaimers do not replace any authorization or compliance required by a third-party service or distribution platform.

The plugins and website are provided as is and as available, without promises that they will be uninterrupted, error-free, compatible with future host or third-party changes, maintained, or suitable for a particular purpose. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fayegram disclaims express and implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

The Fayegram team does not provide individual technical support, guaranteed maintenance, response times, service-level commitments, or a commitment to add features or fix a particular issue. Self-service information may be changed or withdrawn at any time.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fayegram will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost data, lost profits, business interruption, account action, or third-party conduct arising from or related to use of the plugins or website. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

The Fayegram team may update, suspend, or discontinue a plugin, feature, website page, or these Terms. The effective date above identifies the current published Terms. Continued use after updated Terms are published constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
